		<description>Hi Techies,

I have Web mining experience and now moving into Data warehouse BU line. I would like to know which tool to master which would be very helpful for the near future. I understand every tool has its own advantages. But if you&#039;ll can suggest any recommended tool which provides good future in terms of the pay package and projects available, I would request my company to train me accordingly. Thanks in advance.

<description>Thanks for your post on ETL tools.
There are other tools used for ETL, such as Talend Open Studio.
It is an open source data integration software, able to help you if you need an ETL program.
